Making a purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. At any time you can adjust the quantities or remove items from your shopping basket by clicking on "shopping basket" on the left hand side of the website. After you have finished your selection, review your basket and click on "proceed". You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil the order.
We accept Credit and UK Debit card payment. If you are shopping from overseas (non UK), place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept 'Visa' credit and debit cards, 'Mastercard' and UK debit cards. Sorry but we are not able to accept Visa Electron, Amex or Diners cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We use Data Cash's secure payments so you may use your credit or debit card with confidence.
We can only accept personal cheques and postal orders from the UK. Please make payable to Switch Sticks and cross a/c payee. Goods will be despatched once cheques have cleared. Simply print out the order form from the "Buy Now" page and follow the instructions. If payment is not received within 10 working days then the order will be cancelled and the goods returned to stock
Postage and Packing Standard services are charged by weight and include a padded envelope and relevant paperwork. Postage and packing charges shown during checkout include VAT. Postage and packing charges are based on the number of sticks purchased and country of mailing.
Delivery Schedule We aim to delivery orders in the UK within 7 working days and overseas orders within 14 workings days. However, please allow up to 21 days for US and other areas excluding Europe. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays occurring once goods leave our warehouse. Switch Sticks Ltd cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in cases where a wrong delivery address was provided. We are unable to provide a refund for goods not received due to an incorrect postal address being entered for delivery.
Tax Charges All product prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Postage and packing prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Security Our site is linked to Data Cash's secure server. When making payments by credit or debit card all the transactions are taken by Data Cash secure epayments. If you are concerned about entering your payment details online, please note that Switch Sticks Ltd will not store any of your credit card details. Authorisation of your transaction is decided in seconds while you are online. Data Cash is one of the largest providers of secure payment processing, dealing with over £12 billion of transactions in 2007, so you can be sure that your transaction is as secure as possible.
Guarantee We endeavour to ensure you are completely happy with your Switch Stick and so all our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. If an item is faulty then return it to us within 7 days and we will replace or refund it.
If the stick is not faulty but you wish to change it for another design of stick for any reason, we would ask that you return it to us within 7 days unused and in it's original packaging and pay postage for the exchange. Please get a Proof of posting for all returned items.

Privacy Policy In accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that Switch Sticks may contact you by e-mail with offers of goods or services or information that may be of interest to you. By providing us with your details you consent to being contacted by this method for these purposes. If you do not wish to receive e-mails from us, please tick the box at the point of ordering.
Switch Sticks does not disclose any buyers' information to third parties, except for goods delivery purposes. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from Switch Sticks. It is our aim to offer you choice and quality at competitive prices.
Under the distance selling regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days, for a refund. To cancel you can e-mail us at orders@switchsticks.com or write to us at Switch Sticks Ltd, PO Box 209, Morpeth NE61 9AG, within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must not use or open the items or remove the labels. Items should be returned to Switch Sticks in the original packaging together with the receipt via 2nd Class postage - please get proof of postage. We will confirm receipt of e-mail cancellations. Postage will not be refunded.
We cannot refund or exchange goods that arrive back damaged or are lost in the post. Please re-use the original packaging, if possible, when returning items, otherwise please ensure goods are packaged sufficiently to prevent damage. Always obtain proof of posting as claims can then be made against the post office for loss or damage.
We guarantee to replace or refund faulty goods, simply notify us within 30 days of delivery of the goods and return them, in their original packaging, together with the receipt, to Switch Sticks. Your statutory rights are unaffected. For faulty goods returned within 30 days we will refund return postage up to the cost of second class mail. If the stick is not faulty but you wish to change it for another design of stick for any reason, we would ask that you return it to us within 7 days unused and in it's original packaging and pay postage for the exchange at a cost of £2.95 in the UK. Please mark clearly what you would like as a replacement. For returned goods paid by credit card we will refund the money to your credit card (at the current rate of exchange for overseas orders).
We can only replace or refund on goods that are returned to us accompanied by the Switch Sticks order number which you will find on your order confirmation / invoice. Switch Sticks warrants that the goods are free from defects at the time of despatch.
Switch Sticks will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time will not be the essence of our accepting an order.
Switch Sticks will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond our control. But if your order has not been delivered after 15 working days from the date of despatch, and cannot be traced by Royal Mail, then we will replace the item at no extra cost.
Please note Switch Sticks cannot be held responsible for any misuse of your Switch Stick and consequent damage.
Please note that Luxury Switch Sticks are not advised for people over 120kgs (approx 18st 10lbs).
Special Offers All Switch Sticks special offers are individual offers and cannot be used in connection with any other special offers.
Customers who purchase a number of Switch Sticks will be invited to joint the Switch Sticks Loyalty Club and benefit from special offers, previews and discounts. Should you lose your loyalty card or special offer order code please telephone Switch Sticks and we can validate your customer details and re-issue your card to you.
Remittance Terms Through Data Cash's secure epayments we can accept payment in sterling (GBP). Cheques and postal orders in sterling (GBP) only, made payable to Switch Sticks and crossed A/C payee.
